Return & Refund Policy

Every Fourex Customs piece is handcrafted in West Palm Beach, Florida. Because of the personal and often custom nature of our work, the following policy applies to all orders.

Return Window

Non-personalized, stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:

  • Any engraved, personalized, or customized item
  • Any item produced to a customer-supplied logo, design, name, date, or artwork
  • Any custom or made-to-order item not listed as a stock product

This includes items with club logos, initials, names, dates, event details, or any other customer-supplied content.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return on an eligible item, email admin@fourexsurface.com or call (561) 984-5344 with your order number. Please wait for return authorization before shipping the item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and, for higher-value items, purchasing shipping insurance. Fourex Customs is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty — 30 Days

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Each Fourex Customs product carries a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery covering:

  • Cracking or splitting of the wood due to manufacturing defects
  • Broken parts or hardware resulting from normal use

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or modification
  • Damage from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperature changes, moisture, or outdoor weather (unless the product is specifically designated as outdoor-rated)
  • Normal wear, patina, minor surface scratches, or natural variations in wood grain and color
  • Damage to engraved or personalized elements after normal use

To make a warranty claim, email admin@fourexsurface.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Warranty remedies will be determined at our discretion and may include repair, replacement, or refund.
