Thank you for choosing Fourex Customs. Because every piece we make is handcrafted to order, the following timelines and terms apply to all online orders.
Production Time
Most orders enter production within 1–2 business days of being placed. Typical production time is 1 to 2 weeks from order date, depending on product complexity, personalization, and current shop volume. Larger pieces, intricate engraving, and high-volume custom orders may require additional time. We will always strive to ship as quickly as possible, and we will notify you if we anticipate a delay.
Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard transit times within the continental United States are typically 3–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our shop.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. We ship via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
Rush Orders
If you have a firm deadline (event, gift, tournament date), please contact us before placing your order at (561) 984-5344 or admin@fourexsurface.com. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee rush timelines without prior coordination.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us directly.
